Kathleen Reilly is an associate in the Sadis & Goldberg’s Securities Litigation group. Kathleen concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation before federal and state trial and appellate courts.

Prior to joining Sadis & Goldberg, Kathleen was an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the Special Federal Litigation Division of the New York City Law Department, where she served as lead counsel on over 50 federal cases pertaining to the defense of the City of New York and its police and correction officers in 42 U.S. § 1983 civil rights actions. In this role, she handled all aspects of litigation, from motion practice through discovery and trial. Before attending law school, Kathleen was an Assistant Vice President at ConvergEx Group, an agency brokerage and investment technology firm.
