Edward McNelis

Edward McNelis works in the firm’s Financial Services and Corporate groups. Edward concentrates his practice on fund formation, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate counseling.
 

During law school, Edward served as a student attorney in the Boston College Community Enterprise Clinic, and graduated with distinction for his pro bono efforts. Prior to law school, Edward worked at as a technology consultant at a Fortune 100 company. He is also a graduate of Cornell University where he served on the University Assembly and interned at the White House.
