Sadis is Pleased to Announce its Representation of Strait Capital Company Ltd in the Sale of Strait to Sanne Group Delaware, Ltd.

A team of Sadis attorneys led by Partner Paul J. Marino represented the owner of Strait Capital Company Ltd. ("Strait"), a U.S.-based fund administrator serving the traditional and alternative fund market in connection with his sale of Strait to Sanne Group Delaware, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sanne Group, PLC ("Sanne”). Sanne is a European financial services and technology company publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange.

Sadis's deal team consisted of Mr. Marino, Jonathan Bernstein (Partner), Seth Lebowitz (Partner), Robert Cromwell (Counsel) and Noah Batist (Associate).
