The group counsels on legal issues ranging from corporate governance principles and fiduciary duty law to derivative actions, M&A litigation and appraisal rights proceedings. The Regulatory Practice provides regulatory and compliance advice and representation in connection with SEC enforcement proceedings as well as responding when clients become the target of enforcement actions, a demand for information, or litigation. Sadis & Goldberg has led over 600 hedge funds and other investment funds to success and provides a full range of sophisticated legal services, including tax, litigation, regulatory, real estate, public finance, intellectual property and corporate services to national and international businesses. “We are honored to be recognized by the leading magazine for business leaders, professional advisors and providers of finance throughout the world and want to thank our clients for their endorsement of our services,” said Ron S.
