Jennifer Rossan and Danielle Epstein-Day Recognized Among Leading Women Lawyers in New York City

Sadis & Goldberg LLP is pleased to announce that Jennifer Rossan, Partner and member of the Securities Litigation Practice and Danielle Epstein-Day, Partner and member of the Real Estate Practice, have been recognized among the Leading Women Lawyers in New York City by Crain’s New York Business. This inaugural listing features female attorneys who have impacted New York City in significant ways and honors their distinguished careers and exceptional civic and philanthropic activities. Jennifer focuses her practice on a wide range of financial services disputes including SEC and FINRA enforcement actions. She also litigates complex commercial matters and employment law matters, including claims of wrongful termination and harassment, and negotiates and reviews employment contracts. She has also been recognized as a New York Metro Super Lawyer.

Danielle concentrates her practice in real estate, finance, corporate and trademarks. She represents a wide range of clients, including real estate owners, investors, developers, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and lenders and borrowers in a variety of commercial, financial and real estate transactions.
