Michelle Malone is an associate in the Securities Litigation Group of Sadis & Goldberg LLP. She focuses her practice on securities enforcement, securities litigation, and corporate governance disputes. Michelle previously worked as a Securities and Exchange Commission Honors Intern in the Enforcement Division. She was Managing Editor of Articles for the Hofstra Law Review. At Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Dean School of Law, she was a Business Honors Concentration student, focusing on courses in Securities Regulation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Bankruptcy, Business Organizations, Secured Transactions, and Derivatives.
Michelle is an alumnus of Drew University, Class of 2013, where she played for the Women’s Varsity Soccer team.
